Questions, answered
How Does It Heat?
Heating panels run down the back of the robe and into the two foot pockets. Pick one of 10 heat levels on the controller and set the timer, and it switches itself off. The sleeves and front panels are not heated.
How Big Is It?
It is 50 by 70 inches, one size. On most people it is floor length: standing, the hem pools around your feet, and sitting at a desk it covers you from your neck to past your toes.
Does It Use A Battery?
No. It plugs into a wall socket or the power strip under your desk with the cable supplied, so there is no battery to charge. That also means it is made for sitting, not for walking around switched on.
When Will It Arrive?
Free shipping on every order, with tracking on every parcel. Every robe is packed to order, and your tracking number reaches you by email the moment it leaves us. If you need it by a particular day, email us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it is likely to make it.
How Do I Clean It?
Always unplug it and detach the controller and cable first. Then follow the care instructions on the robe's label. Never wash, wet or iron the controller.
Is It A Good Gift?
It is the gift for anyone with a desk job, and for the coworker who is always cold. If you are buying it for someone else, we can leave the price off the packing slip. Just mention it in your order notes.
What If Something Goes Wrong?
Email us with your order number and a photo or short video. If it arrives damaged, will not heat, or it is not the item you ordered, we replace it and you send nothing back. Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to send it back unused at your own cost. Every robe carries a 12 month warranty on its seams, heating panels, controller and cable.
